This Privacy Policy describes how PolyFinder (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and services.
1. Information we collect
- Account data: email address and credentials you provide when you register or sign in (including via Google OAuth if enabled).
- Billing data: subscription status and Stripe customer identifiers processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on our servers—Stripe handles payment details according to its policies.
- Usage data: server-side data such as refresh quotas, session identifiers, and operational logs needed to run the Service and prevent abuse.
- Cookies & similar technologies: session cookies for login and essential site function; we do not use third-party advertising cookies by default. Analytics, if added later, will be listed here.
2. How we use information
- To provide, secure, and improve the Service.
- To process subscriptions and communicate about your account or billing.
- To enforce our Terms and protect users and the Service.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Third-party services
We use service providers as needed to operate the product, including:
- Stripe for payments and subscription management.
- Polymarket / Polymarket data APIs for public market and trader information you see in the product.
- Hosting providers (e.g. cloud platforms) where our application and data are stored.
These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies.
4. Retention
We retain information as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account subject to legal and billing record requirements.

6. International users
If you access the Service from outside the country where we operate servers, your information may be transferred and processed in those jurisdictions.
