These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of PolyFinder’s website and services (“Service”). By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
PolyFinder aggregates and displays information about Polymarket traders and markets based on public data and our processing. The Service is provided for informational purposes only. We do not execute trades for you, provide personalized investment advice, or guarantee accuracy, availability, or timeliness of any data.
You must provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Paid plans are billed through Stripe (or as described at checkout). Fees, renewal terms, and taxes (if any) are shown before you pay. You authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method on the agreed schedule until you cancel through the billing flow or your payment provider.
Refunds: Unless required by law or explicitly offered at checkout, payments are generally non-refundable. If you believe a charge is in error, contact us at the email below and we will review in good faith.
You may cancel future renewals through Stripe’s customer portal or the cancellation path we link from your account, subject to Stripe’s and your card issuer’s rules.
You agree not to misuse the Service: no scraping or automated access that violates our or third parties’ terms; no attempt to breach security; no use that violates applicable law; no interference with other users’ access.
The Service relies on Polymarket and other third-party APIs and sites. Their availability, terms, and data are outside our control. “Polymarket” is a trademark of its respective owners; PolyFinder is not affiliated with or endorsed by Polymarket.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Prediction markets involve substantial risk. Past or displayed performance does not guarantee future results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PolyFinder and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim (or, if none, fifty U.S. dollars).
We may modify these Terms or the Service. We will post the updated Terms with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and cancel your subscription as applicable.
